Non-urgent advice: Temporary Suspension of Registered Patients

Ballater Surgery have made the difficult decision to close our patient registration list for a further three months from 12th February 2024 until Monday 13th May 2024.

This has not been an easy decision, we are still continuing to review the situation.

Please contact Julia Morrison, The Practice Manager if you have any further concerns.

“Doctors surgeries come in for a great deal of criticism these days but Ballater Surgery in Chislehurst Road Orpington deserves praise today. I phoned at 3pm with an ear infection and was told the doctor would phone me back. Doctor phoned at 3.20pm and I was given an appointment for 4pm and was seen at 3.55pm – prescription on its way to Boots. Really well done Ballater very efficient.” – anonymous

Flu jab today – booking process highly efficient via text message. Administration by Dr BT painless but I was also so impressed with the opportunistic health advice, and the research papers in the waiting room – amazing. Also had great friendly efficient service from Dr RA attending for reviews, and the practice nursing team have been amazing at childhood imms – including chicken pox. The reception team have been efficient and friendly, and helpful.
